There is nothing to set up. Pair the tracker with the app, clip it on the collar and off you go. The step-by-step guide →
Scan the QR code
In the app, tap Add and point the camera at the QR code on the back of the tracker.
Clip it on the collar
Slide the tracker onto the collar, logo facing out, and put the collar back on your dog.
That's it
Give them a name and a photo. From now on, you'll see them on the map.

What people ask us most
Who is Peyda Track for?
For dog owners who want to know where their dog is. We recommend the tracker for dogs from 15 kg. It also suits other animals that wear a collar, such as breeding stock or livestock. It is made for animals only, never for people or things.
Why only for dogs from 15 kg?
The tracker runs on NB-IoT and doesn't stay connected all the time, which saves battery and is why it lasts weeks. A big battery still needs room, though, so the tracker can only get so small. A smaller dog could carry it on the collar, but it wouldn't be comfortable.
How do I add the tracker to my account?
Create an account in the app, confirm your e-mail address and choose a subscription. Then tap Add in the list of trackers, allow the camera and scan the QR code on the card in the box or on the back of the tracker. Finally, give it a name. The step-by-step guide
Do I need internet at home?
No. The tracker has its own SIM card built in and sends its position over the NB-IoT mobile network. All it needs is a signal wherever your dog goes. You can download the app over mobile data, too.
What does the subscription unlock?
With a subscription you add the tracker to your account and see its position, its route and its battery history. Without one you can sign in and manage your account, but the map and the history stay locked.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Where you bought it: in the App Store or on Google Play, under subscriptions. The app will point you there.
Does Peyda Track work abroad?
Yes. The tracker connects to local operators' NB-IoT networks, so it can come with you on holiday and on trips around Europe. It works wherever there is NB-IoT coverage.
How accurate is the location?
To within a few metres in good conditions. The tracker combines the GPS, GLONASS and Galileo satellite systems. Dense woodland, buildings nearby, the weather or a strong electromagnetic field can all affect accuracy. Indoors, the tracker sends at least an approximate position over the mobile network.
Can my dog go swimming with the tracker?
No. The tracker copes with rain, wet grass and the odd splash, but it isn't waterproof. Take it off your dog before a bath or a swim, as water could damage it.
What if the tracker gets wet?
Take it off the collar, wipe it dry and leave it indoors at room temperature for 48 hours to dry out. Don't charge it in the meantime. Then switch it on and press the button once to check everything is fine. If it doesn't work, write to us at support@peydatrack.com. And the dog? Dry them off the way they're used to.
How can I tell the tracker is on?
Press the button once. If the tracker is running, the signal light glows green once for a long moment and the battery light blinks once for every ten per cent left. If nothing lights up, it is off. Hold the button for five seconds to switch it on; press it three times quickly to switch it off. What more signal blinks mean is in the guide.
What's in the box?
The tracker and a short guide to getting started. It charges over USB-C, so the charger you already have at home will do.
What happens to my data?
We keep location history for seven days and delete older records every night. When you remove a tracker or delete your account, its data is gone for good. There is more in our privacy policy.
What does the app run on?
iPhone and Android; download it free from the App Store or Google Play. On a computer, sign in at app.peydatrack.com and you'll see the same map as on your phone. The app speaks English, Czech and Slovak.
