This page says plainly what Peyda Track can and cannot do. The limits on our liability are in the Terms and Conditions.

A position is not a guarantee
Every position you see came from the tracker. We store what it reports and show you the most recent report; we do not verify it and we cannot improve it.
A tracker needs GPS reception, mobile network coverage and battery to report. Indoors, in a vehicle, under dense cover, where there is no coverage or on a flat battery, it reports nothing, and the map goes on showing the last position it sent. A position may be old, imprecise or absent.
Not a substitute for looking after your animal
Peyda Track is a convenience, not a safety device. It is not an emergency service, a veterinary service or a security service, and it will not stop an animal getting lost or hurt. Do not leave an animal somewhere you would not leave it without a tracker.
Alerts may not arrive
Where your app version supports safe zones, an alert is worked out only when the tracker reports a position. If it does not report, no alert is sent. Repeated alerts for the same zone are held back for a few minutes so that a tracker sitting on a boundary does not flood you.
Delivery then depends on your phone, your network and the push service of your platform, none of which we control. Which alerts you can receive differs by platform and by app version. Do not depend on an alert arriving, or arriving promptly.
History is kept for 7 days
Position history is deleted every night once it is more than 7 days old. It cannot be recovered afterwards, by you or by us. If you need a record of where your animal has been, save it while it is still there.
